At the end of the seventies, a team of Motocross enthusiasts would participate in an important competition. The leader of the team and favorite of the race, Johnny Orsos, applied all his knowledge to prepare his motorcycle, looking to achieve its best performance. The night before the competition, Johnny was sure of winning the race. As it usually happens to most inventors and artists, he could not get to sleep because he was tasting victory ahead time; so he decided to go out again to test the engine power of his recently modified motorcycle. Indeed, he was very delighted because it greatly satisfied his expectations because it responded with great power when pressing the accelerator.

The engine roared with the fury and the implacable winner's power.... and in the climax of the delirium, with a great noise that resounded strongly in the silence of the night, it ended up exploding.

Johnny could not participate in the race, neither could he sleep for many days, wondering constantly what had caused his misfortune.

This was how he became a tireless searcher of answers, by investigating in as many manuals as he could, everything related to engine preparation. His rebellious and nonconformist nature, led him to develop mechanisms and devices to make the tasks that experts considered impossible, easy and possible. Everything, to overcome any obstacles that could hold him back in any other way from obtaining the maximum engine performance.

Next, realizing that a tool didn't exist, nor a device that would allow to specify this aspect, he designed an easy to use device that would help the mechanics enthusiast, either a professional or a do it yourselfer, to unveil the secret of spark plugs, new or used, domestic or imported, for correct tune ups.

Immediately, he began the process of patenting his invention, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, obtaining the invention patent three years later, after his proposal passed the tests in Germany, France, Japan and Switzerland, among others.

In his nonstop search for answers, he became a true and recognized expert in the world mechanics; he obtained a recognition from VOLVO which allowed him to have his own dealership, an experience he enjoyed for more than 10 years, of what had become his passion... Mechanics.

He became an outstanding competition engine specialist, for motocross motorcycles and endurance, rally cars and formula three.

Now, his patent shines with pride in a special place in his office.

Then, he met Elena María Delgado, a young business woman with a special drive and highlighted tenacity, creativity and enterprising ability. She started to manage her industrial companies from a very young age, with such ability that she earned many awards, prizes and distinctions for her managerial and business prestige. Enterprising and with great leadership skills, she dedicated much of her time to guide and encourage others on how to start a business, advising them to use their creativity, looking for new alternatives for old necessities, and new options and developments for future times.

Because of the above-mentioned abilities she was chosen to be Vice President of the National Industrial Society, leading consistently the Small Industry Council, which shaped her dreams and character; then went on to found the Young Managers Society for which she was constantly asked to give conferences at the different Chambers of Commerce and Universities in many cities in her country and received countless national and foreign recognitions.

When they meet, John was in a divorce process and she was overcoming her recent widowhood. The attraction was immediate and intense. Each one represented the ideal person they wanted to share their lives and dreams with. The romance grew quickly and they became inseparable. A few months after starting to share their feelings, John who admired Elena's tenacity and enterprising drive, told her that he had the invention patent... How amazed Elena was that she had finally found a brilliant and creative man, after so many years of looking for these promoting the develope of that qualities in others.

Therefore, he asked her to help him profit on the patent, which Elena accepted with enthusiasm. Immediately, they dedicated their time to this work after ending their obligations with their respective companies. With her managerial experience Elena planned the means and outlined the alternatives, John shared with her all his experience and mechanics knowledge and of the world of the automobile competitions. Together, they worked until late hours of the night, investigating and projecting.

After 4 years of intense work, they had already finished their investigation of the market and the study of feasibility of their company; they had designed the tool that would give life to the patented invention, founding the company Racing Technologies. Then they decided, "to burn the ships", to abandon their occupations in the companies that each one had until that moment and put all their efforts to launch their product to the market.

They faced the world, the skeptics, the pessimists, those "thieves of dreams", as Elena called them; to support their expectations, and they summoned business people and friends to bet on them, investing in company shares.

Amid this tiring and constantly riotous investigation life, effort and perseverance, they got married and began to travel to different cities in United States to make contact with potential clients and manufacturing representatives in the trade, receiving full acceptance.

Today, they share their feelings and dreams enthusiastically, with the administration and management of the company in which working in join, they investigates and plans new technological developments, and Elena is the person in charge of the management that governs the actions of the manufacturing and distribution companies they have founded together.
