A Proposal to Immediately Cut the Release of Millions of Tons of Pollution

A Simple Solution to a Complex Problem

Furthermore, there is another important reason to expect the Spark Plug Heat Range DETERMINATOR® to become a best-selling product: It contributes with conserving the Environment! Everyone talks about the releases generated by automobiles that were not well tuned which had the incorrect mixture of air and gas, either too rich or too poor. But no one considered that even with the correct mixture, the vehicles could dangerously increase their emissions, if they had sparkplugs with the incorrect Heat Range, sparkplugs which were colder or hotter than what is needed, according with any individual driving habits and/or engine conditions.
What happens with sparkplugs which were colder or hotter than needed is the following:
If a spark plug is colder than necessary. The Combustion chamber's temperature decreases (similar effect as a too Rich Mixture) and the drop of the temperature brings as a consequence that the Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions and the Hydrocarbons that are not burnt (HC) increase dangerously, polluting the Environment. If the sparkplug is hotter than necessary. The Combustion Chamber's temperature increases (similar effect as a too Poor Mixture) and this increase of temperature, brings as a consequence that the emissions of Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) also increase dangerously, polluting the Environment.
The reduction of the emissions in the United States that could be achieved with the use of our device, can be estimated in: 2,617,229 tons of CO 713,808 tons of HC 520,103 tons of Nox
