Born in Peru, At age 19, she founded her first company, exclusive lingerie, setting a new style, overwhelming the big companies, which through time was known as "Just In Time" and "Quality Circles" methods. This plus her eagerness for excellence and innovation were determinant for her small company to be exceptionally profitable and competitive.

Her different trips abroad, were all invitations of foreign governments and business organizations. Her prestige in the business management of the country, in which her conviction in the potential development of the Small and Medium Companies highlighted, gave her the opportunity to establish high level business and political contacts. It has also contributed to consolidate the strength of her vision and convictions. This enables to believe that her decisions have a mayor projection of success.

Tenacious driving force of a new educative vision, in which the creativity development, innovation, and the enterprising capacity are honored, she possesses a delicate social sensibility. She has conjugated her own development activities with a constant dedication to institutional aspects, wanting to contribute with her experience and knowledge to the development of the Business Culture within the country, taking as a point of start the encouragement, consolidation and promotion of the PYMEs, como la vía mas eficiente para ganarle la lucha a la pobreza.

This long and productive job, took her to create, promote and set up the Young Businessmen Society of Peru -SEJOP- an non-profit organization without profit which she maintain with her own resources, and with which she enjoyed supporting young people in making their dreams come true. The Peruvian youngsters distinguish her for her effort and dedication voting her for President, for 7 years.

As President of SEJOP, she promoted the development and consolidation of fundamental concepts of "Sustainable Development Vision", activity that she continues promoting throughout the country, giving lectures in the Commerce Chambers and Public and Private Universities. This is why she was chosen as Godmother of many Classes of Professionals from different universities.

This particular preference was determinant, in 1994, for Dr. Alejandro Toledo to select her as a partner in her presidential team / formula; starting this way an active participation in the national political life. Once again she had the chance to establish guidelines becoming the first lady, in the independent history of the country, that aspired to such an important position.

Her versatility and her noble Social commitment as well as her search for innovation, started her to research in the automobile world, not usual for women, and its direct relation with the Impact of the Environment Balance, promoting concept and functional innovations in this area. This way she has started a new stage in her personal, professional and business life; now this is her main activity.

The "VOLVO Environmental Prize 2,003", by the Environmental National Council of Perou, for the value of the research, in a team with John. H. Orsos, about the dangerous impact, in balance with the environment, of the spark plugs heat range; and their develop of an invaluable contribution to preserve the worldwide environment, with an invention patented now in the United States Patent and Trademarks Office.

This permanent international interaction with the most advanced car technology, has enable him to have access to car prototypes of the car of design, not known yet by the worldwide market and other revolutionary proposals as: Engine by Water, Electronic Vehicles, the Dinastart (steering wheel, starting mechanism, Alternator and storage of energy in a whole one piece), the Electrical Car Circuits, incorporated in the door panels and the next development in optical fiber. The light batteries, the distributions which open the valves without camshaft substituting them by desmodromic electromagnet, with variable opening controlled by computer, many of which are still in research phase and other are ready, and you would be able to see them in the next ten years.

He has also researched in the car market of different countries, visiting several factories, spare parts and accessories shops; establishing contacts with many of their owners, engineers, salesmen, professional mechanics and amateurs in order to know about their experiences and projections.

As After Sales Manager and instructor of one of the official franchises of VOLVO for 10 years, he knows the monster from within, because he knows how they design, develop, manufacture, how they project the car, their systems, the service and the special tools; knowing even the production criteria and what it takes to become aware of the problems and the time to solve them. This high level of specialization and recognition within the VOLVO Car Corporation, was consolidate with his important contributions, for improve different designs problems in technical aspects, at manufacturing time.

His early and intense interest for the mechanics lead him to enter, at age 17, to the Universe of exploration for new technological options to solve problems and to upgrade results. Since that time he became innovator and inventor of different mechanical procedures, parts and pieces of cars and motorcycles, which happened almost simultaneously to the technological development above the same mechanical issues, in companies, manufacturers abroad, so far away like from Japan and Germany.

His dreamer and perseverant nature took him to leave the security of a stable job with constant income, to follow his dreams and fight for his ideals. Now he is an independent researcher of technology and Ecology.
